App:
To get the best out of your conference experience, please download the app. All information regarding conference is also accessible on this, as well as viewing the programme and building your own customised agenda. Session leaders may also use the app to make their sessions more interactive with the use of polls and Q&As. All delegates will have received a registration link for the app. For any queries, please email office@m-a.org.uk

Car parking:
When parking in the car park opposite the conference centre, you will need to register your details on a tablet when entering the building. This will allow free parking for that day only. If you are not staying at a hotel on site, please ensure you enter your details for parking each day for the Holywell Car Park.
If you are staying at Burleigh Court or The Link hotels, you can register for parking at the hotels that is valid across the whole site for your entire stay.
Please note that you must register for free parking to avoid fines.
Local road closure:
Please note that there is a road closure that may disrupt travel between the conference and Loughborough town centre, diversions are in place for the A512 Ashby Road/ A6004 Epinal Way roundabout, which will be closed overnight from Monday 14 April – Wednesday 16 April (8pm-6am).

Evening Bar:
During the evening meals, MathsJam and Quiz at the Holywell Park Conference Centre there will be a bottle bar available to purchase drinks. Please note that this is cashless and will accept card/contactless payments only.
Exhibitor Hunt:
Don’t forget to look out for the daily exhibitor hunt to win some great prizes, such as vouchers, easter eggs, free memberships and much more! The questions will differ each day, so please collect a new answer sheet each day and hand in your answers to the registration desk.

Room Keys:
Room keys will be available from the main conference registration desk in Holywell Park on the morning of Monday 14th April, however, please note that check-in is not until 3:00pm. Check-out is at 10:00am on Wednesday 16th.
Guests who have opted to stay on Sunday evening at Burleigh Court hotel are to check in directly with the hotel on Sunday from 3pm. Your room key for Sunday will only be activated until Monday morning. Upon registration for conference at Holywell Conference Centre on Monday from 9am, please hand back in your room key and collect a new key for the rest of your stay – you will remain in the same room.
Instructions for the gym & pool:
All residential guests staying at Burleigh Court and The Link Hotel will have complimentary access to Burleigh Springs for use of its gym, spa and pool facilities. The Link Hotel does also have a small gym area, but does not have a pool or spa facilities.

Catering and Personal Requirements
Accessibility and Allergies:
If you haven’t done so already, please let the conference team know if you have any accessibility or specific dietary requirements – if you have a nut allergy, please advise if this is airborne.
Fire safety and security:
In the unlikely event of an emergency or fire, please exit via a fire door. We understand that it’s unlikely there will be a fire alarm test during the conference.
