** Instalments will be payable 1 x January 2025, 1 x February 2025, 1 x March 2025 and 1st April 2025. All instalments will be added on to your account at the start of each month and an email will be sent to advise you have an outstanding balance. The first instalment is non-refundable.
Residential places will be split between Burleigh Court Hotel, which is a 5 minute walk from the venue and The Link Hotel, which is a 15 minute walk from the venue. A complementary shuttle bus service will be provided for delegates staying at The Link Hotel.
Rooms at Burleigh Court will be allocated first. If you have any mobility issues please contact the ATM Office after you have made your booking.
Once you click to book your place you will be redirected to the ATM website to take payment:
- If you are already registered on the ATM website then simply login – you will follow the booking process.
- If you are currently not registered on the ATM website you will need to register – you will then follow the booking process.
Please note the joint conference team will regularly check to verify membership status.
Please note your details will only be used for communications about the 2025 joint conference.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellations received before 1 Feb 2025 – 75% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received between 2 Feb and 13 March 2025 – 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Any cancellations after 13 March 2025 – unfortunately, no refunds can be given.
Please note that personal members who have had an outstanding balance for more than 6 weeks and fail to pay within that timescale will have their place re-allocated.
Institutions providing a PO and requesting an invoice follow the same term. Invoices follow a 30-day term.
