For the optimal conference experience, we recommend downloading the official app. All conference details are accessible through the app, including the full programme and the ability to create your own personalised schedule. Session leaders may also utilise the app for interactive polls and Q&A sessions. Car parking:

Those using the car park opposite the conference centre must register their vehicle details on a tablet upon entering the building. This enables complimentary parking for that day. Non-residential delegates should register their parking for each day of attendance at the Holywell Car Park.

Delegates staying at Burleigh Court or The Link hotels can register for parking at their hotel, which covers the entire duration of their stay.

Registration for free parking is mandatory to prevent fines.

Local road closure:

Be aware of a road closure that may affect travel between the conference venue and Loughborough town centre. Diversions are in place for the A512 Ashby Road/A6004 Epinal Way roundabout, which will be closed overnight from Monday 14 April to Wednesday 16 April (8pm-6am).

Evening Bar:

During evening meals, MathsJam and Quiz at the Holywell Park Conference Centre, a bottle bar will be available for purchasing drinks. Please note this operates on a cashless basis – card and contactless payments only.

Day Delegate / Non-resident Information

Lunch and refreshments are included in the day delegate booking for all three conference days.

Room Keys:

Room keys will be distributed from the main conference registration desk in Holywell Park on Monday 14th April morning; please note that check-in is not until 3:00pm. Check-out is at 10:00am on Wednesday 16th.

Those staying on Sunday evening at Burleigh Court Hotel should check in directly with the hotel from 3pm. Your Sunday room key will only be activated until Monday morning. Upon registering for the conference at Holywell Conference Centre on Monday from 9am, please return your room key and collect a new key for the remainder of your stay – you will remain in the same room.

Instructions for the gym & pool:

All residential guests at Burleigh Court and The Link Hotel have complimentary access to Burleigh Springs for use of the gym, spa and pool facilities. The Link Hotel also features a small gym area but does not have pool or spa facilities.

Catering and Personal Requirements

Accessibility and Allergies:

If you haven't already done so, please inform the conference team of any accessibility needs or specific dietary requirements – particularly if you have a nut allergy, as this must be flagged as airborne if applicable.

Fire safety and security:

In the unlikely event of an emergency or fire, please exit via a fire door. We anticipate there will be a fire alarm test during the conference.
