Payment can be spread across multiple instalments: one in January 2025, one in February 2025, one in March 2025, and a final payment on 1st April 2025. Each instalment will be applied to your account at the beginning of the respective month, and you will receive notification of any outstanding balance via email. Please note that the initial instalment cannot be refunded.
Residential delegates will be accommodated at two hotels: Burleigh Court Hotel, situated approximately 5 minutes on foot from the conference venue, and The Link Hotel, around 15 minutes' walk away. A complimentary shuttle service will operate for delegates staying at The Link Hotel. For more details, see our Venue & Accommodation page.
Allocation of rooms at Burleigh Court will be prioritised. Should you have any mobility requirements, please get in touch with the ATM Office once your booking is confirmed.
When you proceed to book, you will be directed to the ATM website for payment processing:
- Existing ATM website users can simply log in and complete the booking procedure.
- New users will need to create an account before proceeding with their booking.
Please be aware that membership status will be verified periodically by the conference organisers.
Your personal information will be used solely for communications regarding the 2025 joint conference.
Early career teachers: Don't forget to check if you're eligible for an LMS bursary which offers £200 off residential participation.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations made prior to 1 February 2025 – 75% of the registration fee will be returned.
Cancellations made between 2 February and 13 March 2025 – 50% of the registration fee will be returned.
Cancellations made after 13 March 2025 – regrettably, no refunds are available.
Personal members with balances outstanding beyond 6 weeks who do not settle payment within the specified timeframe may have their place reallocated.
Organisations submitting a purchase order for invoicing are subject to standard terms. Invoice payment is due within 30 days.
